The following terms and conditions govern your use of this web site, and any content made available from or through this web site, including any sub-domains thereof Simpli Home Ltd. Simpli Home Ltd., is a furniture producer that sells and delivers Simpli Home Products. We may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time, at any time without notice to you, by posting such changes on the Web Site. BY USING THE WEB SITE, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS APPLIED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEB SITE. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or otherwise use the Web Site.

Proprietary Rights

Simpli Home owns, solely and exclusively, all rights, title and interest in and to the Web Site, all the content (including, for example, audio, photographs, illustrations, graphics, other visuals, video, copy, text, software, titles, Shockwave files, etc.), code, data and materials thereon, the look and feel, design and organization of the Web Site, and the compilation of the content, code, data and materials on the Web Site, including but not limited to any copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, database rights, moral rights, sui generis rights and other intellectual property and proprietary rights therein. Your use of the Web Site does not grant to you ownership of any content, code, data or materials you may access on or through the Web Site.

Warranty

The only warranties and guarantees provided by Simpli Home are expressly set forth in the Simpli Home Limited Warranty in effect on the date of purchase, which Customer acknowledges has been reviewed. Simpli Home disclaims all conditions, warranties, and guarantees that are not expressly set forth therein and any implied conditions, warranties, and/or guarantees, including, absent limitation, implies warranties of fitness for a particular use.

General Terms

All prices and services featured on the Simpli Home website are quoted in U.S. dollars and, are valid and effective only in the continental U.S.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices, item numbers, availability, and dimensions; however, we cannot be responsible for typographical errors. Simpli Home reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions even after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Simpli Home will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

We take pride in our products and reference wood and manufacturing techniques throughout our website. Wood/veneer species, product composition, and manufacturing techniques vary by product and may change over time without notice. Final products may vary in color, finish, size, fabric, or other features. With cut yardage and swatches, fabric widths and repeats may vary and color variations will occur by dye lot.

Comparable Value (Comp Value) Pricing

1. Basis of Comparison. Comp Values are based on prices we observe at a representative set of principal outlets (e.g., department stores, specialty retailers, and online sellers) for identical items or, where identical items are unavailable, for items that are essentially similar in materials, construction, dimensions, and quality.
2. Measurement Window. Each Comp Value is determined as of a defined observation window (for example, a recent 2–4 week period) and may change as market prices change. Where feasible, we may disclose the observation window on the product page (e.g., “Based on prices observed Aug 10–24, 2025”).
3. Variability & No Guarantee. Retail prices vary by seller, region, timing, promotions, and inventory. A Comp Value does not guarantee that any particular retailer is currently offering the comparison item at that price, nor does it guarantee the lowest price in the market at any moment.
4. Comparable (Not Identical) Items. Where we rely on comparable items, we use good-faith, commercially reasonable criteria to determine that there are no material differences in quality, materials, or craftsmanship that would make the comparison misleading. If material differences exist, we do not use those items for Comp Value.
5. Updates & Errors. We update Comp Values periodically and may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. If a Comp Value is discovered to be materially inaccurate, we will correct it promptly.
6. Coupons & Promotions. Any coupons or promotional codes apply to our price as listed on simpli-home.com and do not alter the basis of Comp Value comparison to other retailers’ prices.

Clearance items

Clearance item orders cannot be cancelled. Clearance items are final sale and may not be returned. Quantities are limited, and items are subject to prior sale. No price adjustments are given on prior sales.

Coupon Code Use

You may only use one coupon code per order or multiple codes per item on eligible SKUs at checkout. Multiple coupon codes cannot be combined for the entire order. For promotional events, you may not be able to use multiple coupon codes or combine sign up discount codes, or loyalty rewards.

Order Cancellations

We will accept order cancellations and issue a full refund to your credit card account. To cancel an order, please contact us at customerservice@simpli-home.com.

For all other items that have shipped: Find the return policy that applies, below, and follow that procedure. 

Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by Simpli Home is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Simpli Home is authorized to cancel orders at any time without any prior information.

Returns

If your Simpli Home product is received damaged or develops a manufacturing defect that is covered by the Simpli Home Limited Warranty, contact our customer service for the fastest service through our website customer service portal or at customerservice@simpli-home.com. Please view our Returns page for more details about our return policy.

Limited License

You may access and view the content on the Web Site on your computer or other device and, unless otherwise indicated in these Terms and Conditions or on the Web Site, make single copies or prints of the content on the Web Site for your personal, internal use only. Use of the Web Site and the services offered on or through the Web Site, are only for your personal, non-commercial use.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Web Site or our mobile applications. If you are under the age of majority in your state of residence (a minor) your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms and Conditions on your behalf and you may only access and use the Web Site and our mobile applications with permission from your parent or legal guardian.

Prohibited Use

Any commercial or promotional distribution, publishing or exploitation of the Web Site, or any content, code, data or materials on the Web Site, is strictly prohibited. Other than as expressly allowed herein, you may not download, post, display, publish, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, perform, broadcast, transfer, create derivative works from, sell or otherwise exploit any content, code, data or materials on or available through the Web Site. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading any copyrighted material from or through the Web Site. Trademarks

The trademarks, logos, service marks and trade names (collectively the "Trademarks") displayed on the Web Site or on content available through the Web Site are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Simpli Home. Your misuse of the Trademarks displayed on the Web Site or on or through any of the Web Site's services is strictly prohibited.

User Comments

We welcome your comments about our Web Site. However, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions or other communications (collectively "Comments") sent to our Web Site shall be and remain the exclusive property of Simpli Home Ltd. Your submission of any such Comments shall constitute an assignment to Simpli Home Ltd. of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Comments. Simpli Home Ltd. will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, publish and distribute any material you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. For this reason, we ask that you not send us any comments that you do not wish to assign to us, including any confidential information or any original creative materials such as stories, product ideas, computer code or original artwork.

User Information

In the course of your use of the Web Site and/or the services made available on or through the Web Site, you may be asked to provide certain personalized information to us (such information referred to hereinafter as "Customer’s information"). Simple Home's information collection and use policies with respect to the privacy of such User Information are set forth in the Web Site's Privacy Policy which is incorporated herein by reference for all purposes. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of User Information

This website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s). If you are re-directed to a retail partner website and proceed to purchase Simpli Home products on that website, you are subject to that website’s terms and conditions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Simpli Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Membership & Eligibility

Simpli Rewards (“Program”) is a rewards program offered by Simpli Home Ltd. to its customers based in the United States. Membership to the Program (“Membership”) is limited to individuals only; one account per individual is permitted. You must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States to be eligible for Membership.

Membership in the Program is automatically given to eligible individuals with a customer account on simpli-home.com. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO BECOME A MEMBER.

Individuals enrolled in the Program (“Members”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). The Program is void where prohibited by law.

Earning Points

Simpli Rewards Program Members receive one (1) Point for every U.S. dollar ($1) spent on simpli-home.com. Points are not earned on purchases of Simpli Home products made through our retail partners. However, you may earn points for registering any Simpli Home product, regardless of where it was purchased. Members must be logged into their account to earn Points. Bonus Points may be awarded for other activities as indicated on the Member’s Simpli Rewards Program page in their customer account. Simpli Home may run limited-time promotions which can increase the number of Points Members can accrue. These additional earning opportunities may be published on the website or through other Simpli Home marketing communications (emails, social media, etc.). There is no limit to the amount of Points that can be earned. Points will expire twelve (12) months from the date of accrual.

Points are automatically added to the Member’s account. The status of the Points appears on the Member’s Simpli Rewards Program page in their customer account:

• Approved: Points can be redeemed immediately.
• Pending: Points must be verified before Member can redeem them.
• Cancelled: Points have been removed or deducted from the Member’s account. (This applies to products in canceled orders.)

Points for purchases are approved within 30 days of the purchase date. Members who pay in installments will get their Points once they have made the final payment for their order. (See our Financing page for details on installment pages.) Points for moderated activities that require approval, such as sharing photos, will be rewarded within 10 business days. Points for canceled orders or returned items will be deducted from the Member’s Point balance.

Customers who created accounts prior to the launch of the Program will automatically receive Points retroactively for task-based activities (such as social media follows) and for purchases made at simpli-home.com from January 1, 2022.

Redeeming Points

Simpli Rewards Points are redeemable for purchases made on simpli-home.com only; they cannot be used toward purchases at any of Simpli Home’s Retail Partners. Points can be redeemed either directly at checkout with the value of 20 points per U.S. dollar ($1) or on the Member’s Simpli Rewards account page for vouchers in specific dollar amounts. To redeem Points for a voucher, the Member must click the “Get reward” button and then a unique voucher code will appear which is to be used at checkout. The number of Points required to redeem vouchers and their equivalent dollar values are indicated on the Member’s Simpli Rewards Program page in their online customer account. Points can be redeemed up to the current total Points available for the Member. A minimum of 400 Points is required to redeem. Members are not required to redeem Points during checkout.

Using Rewards

To redeem Points directly at checkout, Members must use the slider to select the number of Points to be applied for the purchase. To use vouchers, Members must copy and paste their unique voucher code into the “Discount code” field at checkout.

Rewards cannot be used retroactively for previous orders and cannot be used with coupon codes. Points and vouchers are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the Program.

Changes, Termination and/or Removal from Program

Simpli Home Ltd. may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Simpli Rewards Program rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of the Program or may terminate the Program at any time in its sole discretion, without prior notice.

Simpli Home may, in our sole discretion, withdraw Simpli Rewards Points or expel a Member from the Program if at any time we believe or suspect that the Member’s use of the Program is fraudulent, misleading, or contrary to these Terms.

Members who no longer wish to participate in the Simpli Rewards Program should contact Customer Service and request to be unenrolled. Once the Member is unenrolled, any Points accrued will be removed from their account. Members who decide to re-enroll at a later date should contact Customer Service; their accounts will be reset to zero (0) Points.

Third-Party Applications and Services

Simpli Home may, from time to time, provide access to or facilitate the use of certain third-party applications, platforms, or services (including, without limitation, financing providers, product protection plans, delivery or assembly service providers, and related service facilitators) (“Third-Party Services”) in connection with your use of our website or the purchase of our products.

You acknowledge and agree that such Third-Party Services are operated, owned, and controlled by independent third parties and not by Simpli Home. Your access to and use of any Third-Party Services shall be governed solely by the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the respective third-party providers, which are made available on their own websites or platforms. Simpli Home does not endorse, guarantee, or assume any responsibility or liability for the availability, accuracy, legality, reliability, or quality of any Third-Party Services or for any content, information, or materials made available thereby.

Any transaction, agreement, or communication entered into between you and a third-party provider is strictly between you and that provider. Simpli Home shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or reliance on any Third-Party Services, including, without limitation, any issues relating to financing terms, approvals or denials of credit, delivery schedules, assembly quality, performance of services, or customer support.

For clarity, nothing in these Terms is intended to, nor shall it be construed to, modify, amend, replace, or supersede any terms of use, terms of service, privacy policy, or other agreement that you may enter into directly with any third-party provider in relation to the applicable Third-Party Services. In the event of any inconsistency between Simpli Home’s Terms and the applicable third-party terms governing a particular Third-Party Service, such third-party terms shall govern solely with respect to your use of that Third-Party Service. Your use of any Third-Party Services is undertaken entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Governing Law; Venue

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of our services shall be the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington.

Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in King County, Washington. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Class Action Waiver

You and Simpli Home agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law: (i) no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other; (ii) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated or resolved on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (iii) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
